Accessibility statement
Effective November 1, 2026. We want everyone to be able to use novadventure.com, including people who use assistive technology. Here is what we aim for, how we work toward it, and how to tell us when we fall short.

Our commitment
Nova Adventure LLC builds software that plans trips for people with very different needs, including travelers who use wheelchairs, travel with young children, or need to manage their energy carefully. We hold our own website to the same standard of care.
Our target for novadventure.com (the “Site”) is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
What we do
We design and build the Site with accessibility in mind from the start, not as a final check. In practice, that means:
- Structure. Pages use semantic HTML with a logical heading order and landmarks, so assistive technology can move through them efficiently.
- Keyboard access. Everything that can be done with a mouse can be done with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Color and contrast. Text and essential interface elements are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, and color is never the only way information is conveyed.
- Text and zoom. Text can be resized up to 200 percent, and layouts reflow on narrow screens without horizontal scrolling.
- Motion. Decorative animations, such as the route line that draws as you scroll, respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
- Images. Illustrations that carry meaning have text alternatives, and each is paired with a written caption. Purely decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Forms. The contact form has visible labels, clear instructions and error messages that explain how to fix the problem.
- Interactive tools. The re-planning demonstration, the ROI calculator and the AI readiness assessment are built to work with a keyboard and to announce changes to screen readers.
How we test
Before publishing new pages or features, we check them with automated accessibility tools and manual testing, including keyboard-only navigation, zoom and reflow, and screen-reader checks on common browser and screen-reader combinations. We re-test the Site periodically and when we make significant design changes.
Known limitations
We are not aware of barriers that prevent anyone from completing the main tasks on the Site, but no website is perfect, and we would rather tell you where to look than claim full conformance. Areas we watch closely:
- Spam protection on the contact form. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter out bots. It usually runs without any interaction. If a check ever stops you from sending the form, please email welcome@novadventure.com or call (505) 303-9060 instead. You’ll reach the same people.
- Linked third-party content. Some pages link to sites we don’t control, such as map providers or sources cited in articles, which may not meet the same standard.
- Complex illustrations. Our illustrations are visual metaphors. We describe their meaning in text, but some fine visual detail is not described.
Feedback and reporting a problem
If you run into an accessibility barrier on the Site, or need information in a different format, please tell us. Contact:
- Email: welcome@novadventure.com, with “Accessibility” in the subject line
- Phone: (505) 303-9060, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time
- Mail: Nova Adventure LLC, 3209 Mercantile Court, Santa Fe, NM 87507
It helps to include:
- the address (URL) of the page;
- what you were trying to do and what happened;
- the device, browser and any assistive technology you were using, if you’re comfortable sharing it.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within one business day. Where we can’t fix a problem quickly, we will offer another way to get the information or complete the task, and tell you when we expect a fix.
Accessibility in our products
This statement covers the public website. Accessibility of the Nova Adventure platform, including traveler-facing interfaces such as Concierge, is addressed in each customer engagement, and we design itineraries themselves to account for accessibility needs. You can read more about that work on our accessible travel planning page.
Updates to this statement
We review this statement as the Site changes and at least once a year. This version was last reviewed on November 1, 2026.
