Start from the operation you actually run

A walking-tour company, a destination organization and a desert lodge all need routing, prediction and booking automation — in very different proportions. Find your kind of business below, or start from the problem that's costing you the most.

Seven kinds of travel business, seven different Tuesdays

Each page walks through an ordinary day in that operation, what changes with Nova, which modules and services we'd start with, and how a first workflow runs.

How it works

How to pick a starting point

Most businesses we talk to could use four of our modules. Almost none should start with four. A good first project is small, measurable and close to where your team's hours actually go.

  1. 01

Name the hour you'd most like back

Proposal writing, supplier chasing, day-of disruption calls, or answering the same twelve questions by email. Pick the one your team complains about loudest.

  2. 02

Check whether your data can carry it

Routing needs reliable opening windows and travel times; prediction needs a season or two of booking history. If the data isn't ready, cleaning it becomes the first piece of work.

  3. 03

Choose one module and one measure

Median proposal time, confirmations handled without a human, or re-plans approved before departure. One number, agreed up front, measured the same way before and after.

  4. 04

    Run it as a pilot

Eight to twelve weeks on real trips, with your people approving every output. If it doesn't earn its place, you'll know — and so will we.

Most operations are a mix — a lodge that runs guided hikes, a DMC that also sells through advisors. Tell us how your week actually goes and we'll suggest where to start.
