Effective November 1, 2026. This policy explains what information Nova Adventure LLC collects when you visit novadventure.com or get in touch with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Summary
- This website is hosted on Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, and we use no advertising trackers.
- When you submit the contact form, your submission is stored in Cloudflare and emailed to our team so we can reply. Cloudflare Turnstile helps keep the form free of spam.
- We don’t sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
- Data that our platform processes for our customers is governed by separate customer agreements, not by this policy.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to welcome@novadventure.com.
Who we are
Nova Adventure LLC (“Nova Adventure,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a travel technology company based at 3209 Mercantile Court, Santa Fe, NM 87507, United States. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at welcome@novadventure.com or (505) 303-9060.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to novadventure.com (the “Site”) and to the information you share with us when you use the Site’s contact form, email us, or call us.
It does not cover personal information we process on behalf of our customers when they use the Nova Adventure platform or services. That information is described in the section Platform customer data below.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form. When you submit the form, we receive what you enter, such as your name, email address, organization, the topic you select, and your message.
- Email and phone. If you write to or call us, we receive your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
- Job applications. If you write to us about working at Nova Adventure, we receive the information you send, such as your résumé, links to your work and your correspondence with us.
Please don’t send us sensitive personal information (for example, health information or payment card numbers) through the contact form or by email unless we have specifically asked for it.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting and security logs. The Site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. To serve pages and protect the Site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used: for example, which pages are visited, which sites referred visitors, general location at the country level, device and browser types, and page-load performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to collect these metrics and does not fingerprint individual visitors. We use it to improve the Site, not to identify or profile you.
- Spam protection. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs short checks in your browser to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile processes technical signals about your browser and connection for that security purpose. Cloudflare describes its handling of this data in its Turnstile privacy addendum.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels or third-party advertising trackers, and our analytics are cookieless.
Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies when needed to keep the Site secure, for example to recognize legitimate traffic during a security check. These are not used for advertising or analytics. Blocking them in your browser may affect your ability to submit the contact form.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your inquiry, schedule calls and prepare proposals you ask for;
- consider job applications and partnership requests;
- operate, maintain and improve the Site;
- protect the Site and our team from spam, fraud and abuse;
- keep records of our business communications; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of use.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use information collected through the Site to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
How contact-form submissions are handled
When you submit the contact form, your submission travels over an encrypted connection. It is stored in Cloudflare’s storage services, which we use as our hosting provider, and a copy is emailed to our team so a person can read it and reply. Access is limited to the people at Nova Adventure who need it to respond to you or to follow up on the conversation.
Legal bases for processing
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interests, to respond to inquiries, run and secure the Site, understand aggregate usage, and manage our business relationships;
- Steps prior to a contract, when you ask us for a proposal or a quote;
- Consent, where we ask for it, which you may withdraw at any time; and
- Legal obligations, where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
How we share information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers. We use Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, storage, security, Turnstile and Web Analytics, and we use business email and productivity providers to receive and manage correspondence. These providers process information on our behalf and under contractual obligations.
- Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants and similar advisers, under duties of confidentiality, when needed.
- Legal requirements. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, legal process or a valid government request, or is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Nova Adventure, our customers or others.
- Business transfers. If Nova Adventure is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or one at least as protective.
We do not share personal information with advertising networks or data brokers.
How long we keep information
- Inquiries and correspondence: generally for up to 24 months after our last interaction, or longer if we enter into a business relationship, in which case the relevant records are kept for the duration of that relationship and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
- Job applications: generally for up to 24 months, so we can come back to you if a role opens in your discipline. You can ask us to delete your application sooner.
- Hosting, security and analytics data: retained by Cloudflare according to its standard retention periods. Analytics data is used by us only in aggregate.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and Cloudflare operates a global network. Your information may therefore be processed in the United States and in other countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses offered by our service providers.
How we protect information
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) for the entire Site, limit access to personal information to people who need it, use strong authentication on the accounts that hold it, and choose service providers with strong security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- receive your information in a portable format; and
- withdraw consent where we rely on it.
These rights may arise under laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and the privacy laws of California and other U.S. states. To make a request, email welcome@novadventure.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time the applicable law requires. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits; we may ask for proof of the agent’s authority.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, though we’d appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or track visitors across sites, there is no such activity for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. Where the law requires us to treat these signals as an opt-out request, we do.
Platform customer data
When businesses use the Nova Adventure platform or services, we may process information about their travelers, staff and suppliers on their behalf. That processing is governed by our agreements with those customers, including any data processing terms, and not by this policy. In that role we act as a service provider or processor, and the customer decides how the information is used.
If you are a traveler and have a question about information a tourism business holds about you, please contact that business directly. If you contact us, we will pass your request to the relevant customer and help them respond.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites we don’t control, such as map providers or sources we cite. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site or the law changes. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Please check back from time to time.
Governing law
This policy, and any dispute about how we handle personal information collected through the Site, is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of any mandatory protections that apply under the law of the place where you live.
