Three ways to partner, and no logo wall

We work with consultancies, technology providers and well-connected people across travel who see the problem we see: independent businesses need AI that respects how their operation really works. Partnerships are agreed one at a time, in writing.

Field notePartnerships work like braided rivers: separate sources, shared current.

Partner tracks

Pick the track that fits how you work

Implementation partners

Consultancies, systems integrators and travel-technology advisors who deliver Nova modules for their own clients, with our crews behind them on routing, data and AI safety.

Technology partners

Providers of reservation systems, property management, channel management, payments, messaging, mapping, transit or weather data who want a well-built connection to Nova through REST APIs, webhooks or MCP.

Referral partners

Industry associations, advisors and operators who know a tourism business that needs us, and want to make a good introduction.

What each track involves

Every partnership gets a written agreement, but this is the shape of it.

Fit

What we look for in a partner

We decline more partnership requests than we sign, mostly for one reason. Our clients trust us with their operation and their travelers' data, and that trust extends to anyone we bring in. These are the qualities we look for first.

  • Travel-native thinking: you understand suppliers, allotments, cancellations and in-destination logistics.
  • Respect for traveler data, including the sensitive kind.
  • Comfort with humans in the loop. You don't sell full automation where it doesn't belong.
  • Honesty about fit, including telling a client when we're not the right answer.

Getting started

How to become a partner

  1. 01

    Write to us

Email welcome@novadventure.com with Partnership in the subject line, the track that interests you, and a few lines about your clients or product.

  2. 02

    An intro call

    About 45 minutes

We compare clients, products and values, and check that the overlap is real rather than hopeful.

  3. 03

    One real collaboration

We work together on a single engagement or integration first. It tells both sides more than any agreement could.

  4. 04

    A written agreement

Responsibilities, data handling, commercial terms, and how either side can step away cleanly.

What sold us was the first joint project. They let us lead the client, showed up with a routing scientist when the itinerary logic got hard, and never once tried to take the account.

Questions

Partner questions

Do you list partners publicly?

Not on this site. We'd rather show partnerships in the work than on a logo wall, and we only name a partner publicly with their written permission.

Is there a fee to become a partner?

No. There's no pay-to-play tier and no paid listing.

Do you require exclusivity?

No. Implementation and technology partners are free to work with other platforms.

Do you work with partners outside the United States?

Yes. We're based in Santa Fe, but our clients and partners don't have to be. Most collaboration happens by video, with field days where the work needs them.

Who owns the client relationship on an implementation project?

You do, unless we all agree otherwise in writing. We support your team on routing, data and AI safety, and we don't approach your clients separately about the same work.

Can a technology partner access client data?

Only what each client authorizes, through the documented data contract for that integration, and nothing more. See our security and trust practices.
